Tattoo Appointment Policy

Thank you for choosing me as your tattoo artist!! In an effort to foster transparency and communication this tattoo policy has been constructed. This isn’t necessarily an exhaustive list, rather general guidelines and may be situational. Please read and understand the Following:
  • A tattoo deposit is paid after a consultation to work on a tattoo design and hold a tattoo appointment thereafter.
  • Deposits are calculated based on the amount of total time estimated for the tattoo to be completed. With $100 being the minimum deposit.
    • HOURLY - $200 (50% Deposit)
    • FULL DAY – $1200 ($500 Deposit)
    • HALF DAY - $600 ($300 Deposit)
  • Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final cost of the tattoo. In the event a tattoo requires multiple sessions your deposit will be retained until your final session.
  • Deposits are good for one (1) year. If unclaimed, your deposit will be forfeited as I am not a bank. :)
  • Rescheduling without adequate notice (no less than 48hrs), habitual rescheduling or “no-call-no-show” will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. An additional deposit will be required for rescheduling. No-shows and habitual rescheduling may also result in a forfeit of all future appointments.
  • Arriving 30 minutes late may also result in rescheduling and/or forfeit of deposit.
  • If you’d like to make changes to an appointment or design, please give adequate time before the appointment as your email may not be seen before your scheduled appointment.
  • Tattoo designs will be presented on the day of your appointment. No designs will be sent out ahead of the scheduled date. Any serious changes to the tattoo design may require a future appointment.
Upon paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have properly communicated that your tattoo design is to your satisfaction. You understand that creating a tattoo design based on a client's concept is subjective, and variations may exist between concept and the finished design. If the finished design is not to your liking, minor changes can be made at my discretion. However, you understand that substantial changes to the design or the request of an entirely new drawing or draft may require a new deposit, and the original deposit will be forfeited as payment for drawing time.
Thank you again, and I look forward to tattooing you!
